From reading the forum, I haven’t seen anyone else have this problem.
I hear everyone, but my toggle mute and push to talk buttons wont respond 80% of the time. Changing the keybind doesn’t work. It seems that some times no matter how many times I pressed the unmute button it didn’t work, while on others it worked for 2-3 times.

Usually when I see that kind of behavior it’s due to something like another program interfering with keypresses or trying to take the same keybind. Try closing everything but the game and see if that helps. If you still have problems after that, do you have any mouse/keyboard software? You could try temporarily uninstalling that, and reinstalling that if it fixes things.
