Valorant players are making fun of our game

Now to be fair, Overwatch isnt in the best state, opinions fluctuate, but there is one thing we can all hopefully agree on, its still better than Valorant.

Now first off, If you think Valorant is better, go play Valorant, dont bother responding to this thread.

Valorant just is bad yall… Make fun of overwatch all you want, but at least we have…

1.Actual thought and fleshed out hero’s (except kiriko)
2.Gameplay that requires actual thought
3.Hero’s that look like they could be hero’s
(Not just characters casual clothes, only cypher, brim, and omen are wearing non casual clothes, even sova is just casual with a bow and arrow.)
4.Non-stolen hero’s (cough* sova is just hanzo)
5.We actually move around
6.Our game is significantly more diverse
7.We are an original idea, (Cough* not just two games mixed together)

So really, even in this wacky state, Overwatch is still the better game

I mean, having played both, Valorant and Overwatch are different games. Trying to compare them to one another is like trying to Compare Overwatch to League of Legends. Sure they both have heroes with abilities and an ultimate and that’s about where it ends. So really, I think comparing them in pointless.

You know there’s a reason for that right? If you try to move and shoot in Valorant, your accuracy goes out the window.

I play both games, I dont think one is necessarily better than the other, and I definitely don’t sit there playing valorant thinking “wow those silly OW players are really missing out on some serious gunplay, what nerds!”

Like asking if I want pizza or tacos? I think they’re both great, just depends on the day lol

Ive played valorant, a lot(sadly), and let me tell you somthing i learned, 90% of the game is sitting, and waiting, then shooting, and getting a lucky headshot

so we arent pretending, its the truth

Oh I know why, but its one of the fundemental difference that make it pointless to compare them.

OW and Valorant play way different

I am sorry but when Soldier is the hard meta across all ladder, does this game really require any sort of braincell rubbing when you are a DPS player?

Been playing both, more OW than Valorant and I can also say Overwatch is spamming random junk until it eventually hits.

I mean both games are distinct enought so learning one doesnt inmediately apply to the other but this community being so buthurt over the hitboxes thing kinda proves the point about hitboxes being crap and we are just coping.

Well that was just uncalled for.

Depends on the hero. Heavily.

It’s not like we don’t have Mei running around in her PJs, or in a parka in the middle of an Egyptian summer’s drought. Hard to say which is worse.

TF2 called. It just said “hypocrites” and hung up.

That we do, point for us. Maybe a little TOO much sometimes.

That is either 0 points or points against. And Overwatch is rapidly hitting the pandering levels where it becomes “points against”

TF2 just called again. It sounded disappointed.

Maybe when Valorant weapons get 0 recoil and bullet pattern, reloads in less than 2 seconds, unlimited ammo, they remove economy and abilities ammo and adds respawns like in OW. Yes when that happens I will consider Valorant the same clownfiesta that OW is.

But im still baffled you perfere sitting and waiting for a big “teamfight” in which everyone dies in seconds, over the so called fiesta that is overwatch

fiesta means party btw, and I perfer a party over nothing

not really

We took the basic idea of tf2, then made a bunch of original heros, we built off of a game

valorant just took overwatch and csgo and mashed em up, some heros are just overwatch heros, like sova and hanzo
