No matter what skin you have equipped they’re always yellow. (It’s not blue for Cobalt, or Combat Medic, or Purple for Imp, for example). What does everybody think about this? Would it be confusing if the coloring was changed for each skin?

Is this intentional, or accidental?

I have a feeling it’s intentional because it’s easier to recognize immediately. But I still want colored wings imo

As long as only allies can see the color or something it would probably be fine to change it for skins.

it’s intentional like how sombra’s hack is always purple (afaik), zarya’s shields are always pink (again afaik), hero’s are color coded in a way

I understand that a bit, but Mercy’s wings have been able to change color since cosmetic skins were added. Also, Genji’s dragon during Dragonblade now changes color for his Lunar skin, and that’s always been Green.

I would love for the valk wings to be different colors. It’s a legendary skin for a reason, it should feel like it. Everyone has a massive outline around them though so it’s not even that hard to spot.

I think sombra’s hack is blue for one of her skins, but I could be wrong

yeah maybe there’s a few exemptions here and there i guess? but i wouldn’t mind more skins specific colors tbh i guess?

Seeing a friendly Sombra’s hack in different colors would be cool too! …Though, Red would be an issue…

Yeah honestly I would like for it to be the usual standard color but the border should be the skin color to make it stand out more

Agree, especially with OWL skins it might encourage some people to buy, if things like Mercy’s wings changed color.

I know, right? I was really disappointed when I found out that when I was wearing Imp, or Combat Medic (specifically for me :p) that my wings were the regular yellow. Especially with that awesome White Tiger (Blue Dragon?) for Genji’s Lunar skin, and the white wolves for Hanzo’s Okami skins!
