Since Xbox Series consoles have the official support for mouse and keyboard input, would playing Overwatch 2 with them cause a ban for my Blizzard account?

According to some feedback online, mouse and keyboard input does work after being plugged into the Xbox Series console. However, according to a policy of the Overwatch team (see director-s-take-addressing-unapproved-peripherals-on-consoles), it seems that this type of input is not allowed. But the problem is, what is mentioned in the article claims that is a policy for unapproved devices(which tricks the console into thinking that the inputs are coming from a controller), while this function on Xbox Series consoles is considered as a native input (without using a 3rd-party device to trick a console).
I have also created a ticket to ask for help from an official supporter, but he could not give the exact answer and suggested opening a new talk in the forum.
So, in the case of the current situation, would it still lead to an account ban?
