As of February 4th, 2024, at 3:55 am EST, I encountered yet another critical issue with the rank progression system while playing in the competitive mode. This is not the first time such an issue has affected my account. Previously, I should have been promoted to Rank 5 Silver in the tank queue after achieving 5 wins with fewer than 15 losses. However, despite meeting the criteria, I was inexplicably demoted to Rank 1 Tank Bronze.
This recurring discrepancy within the progression system is deeply concerning and has caused substantial frustration among players, including myself, who strive for fair and accurate rank representation. Furthermore, the current incident involving my DPS rank progression presents a similar pattern, where despite meeting the promotion criteria, I was rank 1 bronze with 5 wins and was demoted to Rank 2 Bronze after my fifth consecutive win, with only 11 games played.
It is evident that there is a critical flaw within the progression system, particularly in the transition from Bronze 1 to Silver 5 ranks, and this recurrent issue warrants immediate attention and resolution from your development team.
In light of these disruptive bugs and their adverse impact on my gaming experience, I respectfully request compensation for the inconvenience caused. I believe that appropriate compensation should include in-game currency such as gold, exclusive skins, golden guns, single play invasions unlocks, and immediate promotion to Silver rank in competitive play.
I understand the challenges involved in addressing bugs and issues within a game, but as a dedicated player, I trust that your team will prioritize resolving this matter efficiently and providing fair compensation to affected players.
