Cutting it by half and making it six seconds would add to the fun and versatility of this ability, like taking height more often.
I personally like it the way it is.
Making it shorter would take away from her primary fire. With a 6 secs cooldown on Updraft, you’d pretty much spend the entire time using Take Aim combos in the air, dropping and resetting to do it again.
I’m not sure that this would be prudent, as this makes you a sitting duck in the air, without cover. In Plat and above, where people tend to position and aim better and better, this would mean more of spawn room uptime. Maybe you’re right, but I don’t see much harm in that and having this particular cooldown to be on par with Echo’s flight just seems right to me and more fun for playing the hero.
