Been trying to update Overwatch 2 to the new update since last night, the update consistently cycles from “Waiting on another update” to “Initializing”. Initializing never gets further than about 15 mb before restarting the cycle all over again. I have tried all of the recommendations from the Blizzard error codes, restarted my PC numerous times, and uninstalled Overwatch 2 and Battle net.
I can’t reinstall Battle net or Overwatch 2 because the downloads stop at a certain point, or I get the cycle I mentioned previously, or I get error codes upon trying to reinstall. My internet connection is just fine and is stable. I’m on a PC user account with administrator privileges as well. Never had an issue until the release of the latest update. At this current moment I have been unable to even reinstall Battle net itself. I have seen a few posts about this, but with no solution. Wondering if its an issue with the launcher right now?

These are the error codes I am getting most of the time. I have tried all of the solutions in the articles for these codes and no solution has worked. If anyone knows a solution or can report the same/similar issues, that would be great. Thank you!
