the update running at few kb/s (endless initializing). with (no limit bandwidth setting.)

I’m having the same problem 
i uninstalled the game and reinstall it again, stuck on intializing for 10mins but after its start download its running at full speed.
Check your battlenet settings, defaultly battle net updates are throttled. You can set it to unlimited.
as mentioned above, bandwidth setting is set to unlimited.
I unchecked “limit download bandwidth” (it was set to the default settings before which is 100KB/s) and it’s still going incredibly slow. Slower than dial-up internet trying to download a song from Lime Wire in the early 2000’s type slow, lol. Blizzard doesn’t seem to be saying much about it. I guess I’ll go play Apex Legends for a while then. Their client is actually working.

I’m STILL stuck updating it on my Nintendo switch
Yea I usually play apex more than Overwatch but I’ve been grinding because there is finally some good skins in the OW battlepass. Sadly I play on Nintendo switch so I can’t play it while it updates.
