Update for console players who merged?

In your update you said this regarding players who have console and PC accounts that did the merger.

There was a separate issue with account merge where players who had merged their console and PC accounts were experiencing problems logging in. This bug is now resolved.

This is not resolved for me on PS4. I’m getting in queue, making to the end of the queue, game says “connecting to server” then I get a login error. I don’t understand. I have other friends on console who are able to play but I am still just getting stuck with a login error and probably put in 12+ hours of just trying to login since launch.

I would have included a screenshot but I guess I’m not allowed. The error I get is:
"Disconnected from game server. (LC-208)

Is anyone else dealing with this issue?

Yep, same situation here. I think the “this bug is now resolved” was a lie

They definitely lied about that, I tried at 10:45 PM and the only difference is that I spent longer in queue before getting to 0 and then getting an error

I genuinely just want to give this game a chance and form an opinion but they won’t let me. I’m kinda really pissed off about this garbage

Yeah, I agree with both of you. They 100% lied when they said it was resolved. I hope at some point today it gets ACTUALLY fixed…

You have to be patient. I started the merger process Yesterday morning and then later that night. The process queue finished and my cosmetics were there.

I think you got it wrong.
Point is, you can’t get past the title screen when this message appears. We, I included, literally can’t play the game.

Yeah, It’s what JillXSTARS just said. We legit can’t get past the login screen. Unable to play the game. I don’t care about cosmetics, I had 497 lootboxes saved up and just never opened them but OW2 kinda forced that on me. I don’t care about my cosmetics being transferred, I just want to play the game and currently on day 3 a TON of people on console, including myself, can’t even log in.

Quick edit: I started the merger like a week ago before OW2 even launched and was told “you’re good to go for OW2”. Clearly, that was a lie.
