Update: fine, main new season OW menu is frozen

This is on Xbox series X

I’ve rebooted, restart the console (every other game is fine), switched controllers. But NOPE, just stuck can’t play the game :frowning: Please look into it. Thank you

I managed to fix it.

Go to Overwatch 2 manage game and add-ons

Saved data

Delete all

(it’s just cache so it won’t delete anything important)

Same issue here. Freezes at the main screen.

Me too!! It freezes after being open for like two seconds. I took a video but can’t figure out how to attach it here.

Worked for a moment & FROZEN again… Sorry had to edit it :frowning:

hmm weird because it works for me and the others… maybe try to restart your console and do it again

check again, mine work for a few seconds then froze again but music is playing on new menu

This fixed it for me on Series X, opened the game saw the Battle pass, closed the game.
