Continuing the discussion from Overwatch PTR Patch Notes – January 7, 2019:
From what I read and seen from some players testing the PTR:
- Damage reduction from armor has been reduced, so any hero with armor will go down faster (Hammond, Reinhart, Winston, D.Va, Orisa, Bastion, Torbjorn, Brigitte and her ult)
- Brigitte’s ult (Rally) now has armor decay
- D.Va’s Defense Matrix cooldown is now 2 seconds
- Reaper’s life steal is now 50% of damage dealt
These changes will massively change the game combined with the other previous changes.
I hope that the devs add more armor to Rally, so the armor decay makes more sense. Maybe, 400 - 600 added armor from Rally for the decay? It seems like the devs want to make Rally another defensive ult, similar to Lucio and Zenyatta’s ults. That would make Brigitte’s ult very interesting.
