Unstable ping, high latency and rtt

got unstable latency, PNG and RTT, my ISP changed my IP so it got a bit stable but the problem now is that i get directed on high ping servers, is there a way to connect to the lowest ping servers? thanks in advance.

Are you connecting from South Florida? If so, the closest and lowest ping server to you would be Chicago, which is the IP you ran that WinMTR to. However, anyone in the US can land on the Chicago or Los Angeles servers depending on other players queued for the same mode, time of day, rank, etc.

my ISP told me that my ip comes directly from Guatemala, since im from here idk which route could be the lowest to connect, is there any way to chose which server to play on? if so, how to

Chicago is about 300km closer to you than Los Angeles, so it looks like you’re landing on the lowest latency server.

This option is only available in custom games.

so what should it be the way to solve my high latency? i’ve done everything in my reach to low my lag spikes and i just dont know what else to do.

Due to your distance from the closest server, not sure there is anything else you can do. Your ISP uses an undersea cable to connect to Miami, and then the connection is routed from Miami to Chicago. That’s a very normal route but ultimately, Chicago is quite far from you and Los Angeles is even farther.

That sounds like a good reason for a Southeastern server and for Blizz not to cheap out in their home country, but I guess Cali is all that matters to them.
