Unstable Matching System (High Ping) + Penalty for Leaving

I only do Quick Play and the matching system is so unstable recently that I often get matched in games with over 200ms latency and leaving results in banning.

My network speed (DL & UL) is over 1Gpbs connected with wired. Unreliable game matching and banning is just causing so much pain…

If Blizzard cannot identify whether it is tech/server issue or players’ intention, why don’t you give us the option to set a range of acceptable latency instead of just penalizing all players including the innocent ones?

Again, not like I want to jeopardize the game play. Just that the latency is too high to even enjoy it. You just get killed whatsoever when appear in frontline.
