So I’ve decided to move my Overwatch game files from my HDD to my SSD after I got the 'Could not locate resources (0xE00300E0), but it just seems to have this infinite ‘Removing files. Please wait…’. Ive restarted my PC multiple times, tried doing it manually too. Help! Thanks

Clear the Battle.net app launcher cache:

I’m having the exact same problem!!
Close open Blizzard programs.
Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open the Task Manager.
Click the Processes tab.
If agent.exe is running—or Blizzard Update Agent in Windows 10—select it and click End Process.
doing this should solve the 'Could not locate resources (0xE00300E0) error and you don’t have to uninstall over watch.
