The last time I was able to open Overwatch 2 and ACTUALLY play it was September 20th, 2024. the next day I went to try and play, I launch the game, starts to do all the load up stuff only to then pop up in big bold red letters. “Unexpected Server Error occurred” and prompts me to sign in again. I tried this, only to have the same message pop up. I have tried every suggestion thrown at me. scan and repair, Uninstall and reinstall, turn off firewalls, reconnect to my internet, even uninstalled and reinstalled the battle.net launcher itself. I have by now made 7+ tickets to support only to receive the same run around 5-step “solution” but to no avail, I still get the same message. I have had friends log into my battlenet to see if it was my internet or an account issue. Every person who tried, gets the same message. I even loaded up Call Of Duty to see if it was my whole account or just Overwatch. COD loaded up just fine. Overwatch does not. So, I made a whole new battlenet account and THAT LOADS OVERWATCH FINE. but my account that I have had since 2021, spending probably THOUSANDS of dollars on not only this game but the first Overwatch in the last three years, that I can’t have access to. Support won’t help. I was told to write a bug report here, so here I am. I have seen others have been having the same problem, so Blizzard, maybe you should stop with the automated messages and actually HELP. I am missing out on obtaining rewards for the current battle pass because of all this. Blizzard or someone that could possibly have a solution, PLEASE HELP. everything I have worked for is just gone at the moment all cause I can’t load into the game at all.
