Title says it all. Is anyone else having this issue? I’m locked out of the beta, and got that error message “Unexpected Server Error”. I only managed to get in once, and then 10 seconds later, same thing. What to do?

Yup! just got the OW2 Beta code via the drop. Installed the game, and the process goes like this every time.
Searching for game server
Connecting to game server
Entering game
An unexpected error occurred.
I tried checking all the twitch people none of them are disconnected or experiencing similar issues, I tried restarting everything multiple times.
Keep in mind everyone that has been watching twitch JUST became eligible to log in 49 minutes ago so there will be a ton of traffic trying to get on

yep same here - guessing the logon servers are being bombarded with this initial wave of drops

Was in the middle of a game, got kicked, now can’t rejoin the server - tries to connect then gives 'Unexpected Server Error" : /

same thing is happening to me, played a few games and then after one it logged me out and said the same thing.

Ofc they take a long time. Servers are overwhelming ofc.
Same here like, they knew it would be a big thing for overwatch 2 and they did nothing for the servers? crazy lol. same error happening lol
happens every release just a matter of them allocating more resources - they see the spikes im sure and will get to it soon - its not that they dont have the power to manage just that they dont allocate a bunch and waste they unlock more as its needed. Theyve done this for years…
Having the same issue. Expected, due to them gating access in such a way.
i got in to the beta mid way into the first game got kicked out. now i cant get back in
FWIW, I had the same issue now for 15 minutes, kept retrying, and then it worked. Do not despair ;>
100% due to server flooding i guess they didn’t expect over 2 millon to try and play at once

Bro, today is my last day off from work, and i lost half of the day already watching streams to get my OW2 beta access and now this, omg, i want to d*e!
That link is bad apparently.
Clearly, the streamers/pros/etc. on a different server, no issues there it seems.
