Please add a feature to be able to un endorse… or remove an endorsement after you have given a person one.
I just had a comp 3’s game that i played 2 games with two randoms, the first game the person in question was nice so i teamwork endorsed him… the following game he was pissed cause he felt we ran off without him and threw our last round. Calling us C&*ts and going on.
If i had the option id have removed my endorsement, now i feel he is boosted or looks as though hes a decent person and is not. i did report him for throwing (gameplay sabotage) does this remove my endorsement? or how does reporting/being reported hurt your endorsement level.

It didn’t remove your endorsement, but if he gets actioned for his bad behavior he loses all endorsements and starts over at 1.

Exactly what ive been saying about the endors system, its not right at the moment . Remove any bonus for giving endors out reduce from 3 to 1 with a dropdown menu of why they are being endorsed. Also remove rewards for being endorsed it should just be a tool to show what type of player you are . At the moment ppl are faking it to get voted

by earning you mean pretending to be nice, or suddenly becoming a shot caller and not a good shot caller?
I’ll take fake positivity over genuine toxicity any day. Besides, if they fake it long enough they might understand how a decent human treats other humans, even when behind a keyboard. It’s called incentivization for a reason.

I think you’re talking about total number of endorsements. Yes, he will lose all endorsements and go back to level 1 with 0 endorsements.
Nono I mean endorsement level 0 (hence why there is an endorsement level 0 filter in the lfg)
Jeff said in that Dev update if someone gets banned, they go to lvl 0 and lose all endorsements
I just checked, around 4:20 in the developer update on June 5, Jeff says “…if you’ve been actioned in any way, silenced or suspended, you completely lose all endorsements, all together, you go back to square 1 and you pretty much have to start over.”
I see where you’re coming from though - maybe it’s possible that they added a level 0 for the toxic players, but as a programmer when I see a 0 on a filtering slider it usually means “anything works.”

Yes you are just as bad as the people pretending to be nice if you take away endorsements they disappear by themselves with decay anyway. Also they lose all of the levels if they are banned for any reason.
u do know that this can be exploited by many toxic players that will unendorse u for every little mistake?
for example: u played ur main but did poorly cuz it just didnt work for u; as in bad day or an off day (we all have those)
so your teammates decided that u trolled the game and unendorse the heck out of u even tho u tried ur best and they dont care that u just have an off day. OR if u make a mistake with your ult and missed or it didnt get anyone and it lost u the game, or if u are an healer that got so focused from the enemy that u died a lor but no one else played heals?
AND THE LIST GOES ON AND ON about how ppl can unendorse u for any little thing.
PLUS WHAT A GOOD TEAM WORK ENDORASMENT HAS TO DO WITH HIM BEING MAD AND FLAME PPL?
this emdorsment is for team work means the game play itself: not what he did in voice chat (which was bad but still)
