Unable to verify Battle.net Email to access Overwatch 2

Hey, the email address I have set up on my account is correct and used it for years, though when I click on the button to get Blizzard to send me a verification email, it just doesn’t send. It’s not in my inbox, all-mail, junk/spam, etc.

Due to this, I’m unable to play on Overwatch 2 until my email is verified. I’ve tried contacting support, but it seems to be down at the moment, so I can’t contact anyone about this issue. Was hoping someone might have some sort of a resolution so I can finally play.

I am having the same issue. Though I am able to play. I do have my phone number verified, and I am getting all the other emails from blizzard. You might want to try using your phone number and see if that works.

Ye I can’t play it too even if I type my phone number then it says the number is used on another account, problem is it’s literally the first time I use my number on my main account any suggestions?

Same. Although I got an email after about 3 days. Yeat I still can’t verify it. When I click on the button it takes me to battlenet only to tell me that I need to verify my email
