I purchased the tanpopo skin for Kiriko while the game was importing overwatch coins, and it bugged so that I can’t use the skin. Shows skin as purchased, but has a greyed out “unlock” button on the bottom of screen when viewing the skin.

Exact same thing happened to me!
I noticed that “Players that buy the Tanpopo skin get Fuji skin instead” was listed as a known bug, so I checked my game again and I do indeed have that skin by mistake. It said that affected players will get refunded, but I wonder if they just know who are affected or if we need to announce it somewhere?
Regardless of the Fuji Skin thing though, I believe the Tanpopo bug we are talking about in this thread could be unrelated. Would love to know what we can do or when we can hope to see the unlock button in this case to be fixed. Is the aforementioned refund the thing that fixes the unlock button for us?
