I was cleaning up my pc, deleting some old programs etc. and I ran across the old PTR and replay viewer from OW1 in my “programs and features” tab.
In OW1 if you wanted to uninstall these programs you opened battle.net, clicked the drop down arrow by the “play” button, and swapped from Overwatch to the replay viewer or PTR, then pressed uninstall. Since the launch of OW2 those drop downs are no longer available. When trying to manually uninstall it through “programs and features”, I get the error BLZBNTBNU00000006 which sends me to BLZBNTBNU00000006 - Blizzard Support. I’ve tried The solutions listed and am still unable to uninstall these two items. Any idea of what I should do to remove them?
