Before the most recent update, I was able to toggle Kiriko’s “Healing Ofuda UI” on or off. I’m not sure if players who originally had this setting set to ‘off’ are now seeing the UI regardless of their preferred setting, however I initially had this setting as ‘on’. For me, and seemingly others who are trying to toggle the Healing Ofuda UI to ‘off’, the UI still displays itself on the HUD regardless of if we have the setting off.

Another problem that is happening is,
My [Swift step sensitivity] is unable to be changed as well I usually play with (100%) but it seems to keep making it the default (50%) ?
I’m am utterly so annoyed I feel like I got kinda scammed I brought the new kiriko Terrible Tornado skin went into a match and she just didn’t feel right, I’ve been trying to fix these problems for the past half an hour. 
please Blizzard fix Kiriko. 
i found out how to fix it, or at least this fixed it for me:
it’s annoying, but luckily i was in the middle of re-doing my sensitivity / aim and crosshair settings for all my heroes. you’re going to want to hit the button that resets the settings for all hero-specific settings. i did this, and it ended up allowing the UI toggle to work.
