Hi! As the title says, on the Nintendo Switch version of Overwatch, there simply is no hero swap button. I’ve tried to reinstall the game multiple times, but there is no way to change heroes. On the button where it says “Hold ____ to swap heroes” there is no bind shown that indicates what button to hold. The same goes with changing the hero training partner in the practice range. Under controls, there is no way to change the button either. I rarely see people swap heroes in my games but I am not sure if it is because they can’t or just do not want to. I’ve also tried tapping and holding on the screen (as some parts are in touchscreen like hero selection) and nothing happened. Sorry if this isn’t the right spot to put this thread! I’m just really confused as to why there’s no button to swap.

That’s very weird.
Have you checked the settings to see what button it’s binded to?
I play on Switch, and frequently swap heroes - it’s binded to the Y button for me. The button configurations on switch are the same (in terms of location) as the other two consoles.

I have! It just seems like it’s not there. Do you know what section it’s under?
I just checked. Apparently it isn’t - never knew that. It’s the same button as Reload - does that work at all either?
Have you tried restoring default controls?

Restoring default controls fixed it… For some reason it was not appearing as my reload button. Thank you so much!
