On my main account, when I use print screen to screenshot the game, it works as expected, but if i attempt to use Windows + Shift + S, it causes the screen to go black.
This is an issue unique to my main account, as I can screenshot perfectly fine on my alt
I’m relatively certain it’s an overwatch specific problem, I have gone through every similar solution found online, along with uninstalling/reinstalling the game and wiping my settings.
I run the game on borderless windowed, and having another tab open over the game, and attempting to screenshot that also causes the black window issue. Only overwatch goes black and It means i’m unable to screenshot with print screen nor windows shift S.
I’m unsure as to the source of the problem but it’s a pretty big inconvenience and no solutions online have helped
