Unable to Redeem the Loot from All-Access Pass

Hey Blizzard,
I got the All-Access Pass on Twitch, but I could not claim the loot from the tab with the Redeem All button. It was greyed out when I got it. But when I go down to the specific loot and click Redeem, it goes away then pops up again to Redeem and I don’t get my loot. Am I the only one having this problem? I would love to get my loot soon. Thanks for your time.

OWL All Access Pass - Items Aren't Redeeming - FIXED

As of 8pm EST my Redeem All worked and items are showing up in game. One of my previously redeemed skins prior to the issue has disappeared from in game may want to double check your collection!
