There’s an emote I wanted to buy, so I purchased the tokens needed through the page that shows the emote, then when I had enough, I get “The purchase failed. Please try again later” or I get stuck in a loop of “processing your request”

It’s the Echo Dance Party
It shows as being available for 500 coins
I thought maybe it was unavailable, but it’s not like the paddle board emote where it says “unavailable”, it says purchase for 500 which is how is how I bought my tokens

I purchase tokens specifically to buy an emote that said it was available and you guys make it unavailable after I mention it? Seriously?

Hello I’m not sure if this is an issue but there are opm available skins that say you can buy them but when i try to buy the Saitama one for Doom it also says its unavailable I kind of hoped I could get it after topping up 20 Dollars is it possible for a refund?
Also the Diablo series collab too
