Ever since it became OW 2 my wife and I have not been able to play comp, even though we used to in OW1. We are in the same rank and yet and never allows us. Is there a problem with our accounts? I can’t get an actual Blizzard or OW rep to assist. I need help, I doubt it’s my Firewall rules.

The forum is for players to assist other players. If you want someone to look into the account, you need to open a ticket.
I have tried and dont get any good response or anyone to actually fix the problem…I’ve also tried to tweet them.
You can reopen the ticket after the initial response.
they didnt help at all…they referred to this forum. So im just screwed i guess.
