Ever since the new update, i’m unable to access or even see my presets. I had to log off the game for like a couple minutes because I was talking to someone (I made sure to save the preset before exiting). When I loaded back on, I can’t see or load my presets.

Blizz, this is pretty dumb.
I’ve had the same problem. Me and a few friends run a discord server designed for running a preset for a rein boss fight. We were excited for adding Brigitte to the mode but when we got on all of our presets were missing. We tried to create a new version (unsuccessfully) and even that was deleted but i noticed when i was saving that the dropdown box for “create new” had the original preset. So I know I have the preset but I cant load it so i was wondering if there will be a fix any time soon.
If my presets are gone for good this will kill me. I tested my custom modes and tuned them a lot when I made them.
