After being in Queue for both dps and support for 3 minutes I got a message saying: “Unable to join queue while previous game is ending. Try again soon”. I also got a 10 minute suspension and lost 50 SR. I checked replays, but could not see a recent game that was not finished. While queuing I was playing deathmatch. If needed, I have a screenshot with the error message. If more information is required, let me know.

Me and my group member just experienced the same thing today twice in a row. Guess we can’t play overwatch anymore?? -100sr for trying to play and they’ll do nothing about it. Unacceptable

This happened to me 3 times and I lost 150SR for simply wanting to play and a suspension that is lasting 8 hours, this is unacceptable. Blizzard if you want people to play your games you have to fix this issue or you’ll lose dedicated players like me. I simply wanted to play a match and suddenly I lost 30SR on the role I queued and 20SR on the other two roles. Please, help.

this happened to me three times now, including my main account and my second account. suspension is not much of a deal but 50sr disappearing through a bug is stupid. STUUUUPID

This exact thing happened to me as well. It was immediately when the new hero bans came in, “Unable to join queue while previous game is ending. Try again soon.” Lost 50SR on a game I never got to play, strangely I was in the chat with the match as the game was ending and they were like who is this?

This just happened to me and I was on a good winning streak we all should get our SR back as compensation or something similar right ??
Happened to me as well after this latest update.
Let’s all claim for compaensation as this is a joke, that we get punished for Blizzard mistakes while they take no responsibility for their errors. This is an abuse.

i was queuing up for a competitive game for 20 minuets when it said it found a game, then it does not join the game and says “unable to join queue while previous game is ending”. It happened a few times, now i am suspended for 17 hours. It’s really annoying and i don’t think it’s my fault.
Same problem. I lost 100 sr cause of it already + 1 hour suspension. Wtf is wrong with this dogsh1t dead game?
