I just got suspended for an hour after spending the best part of 30 minutes attempting to login on Xbox (SX) due to a disconnect at the end of a competitive match.
When launching the game and logging in it would always error on connecting, connection to Xbox network is fine (and other games such as Forza) with 0-1% packet loss and Overwatch itself was fine once logged in. Until the disconnect anyway. Is an hour suspension normal too, seems very extreme for my first suspension and it not being due to any fault of my own? Now concerned for the future of my account should any other errors not of my making occur.
What is causing these issues and can I have the suspension expunged from my account?

Later in day I played for an hour on an alt account and it was fine.
Switched to main as everything now apparently in order then got disconnected and banned again (8 hours this time) as it wouldn’t let me log back in within 2 minutes due to continuous “connecting” - something is definitely wrong.
