Unable to buy Heartbreaker Reaper bundle

I bought 2200 coins to buy the Heartbreaker Reaper bundle and am unable to purchase the skin from the in-game shop, battle net shop, and the Hero Gallery. The in-game shop is constantly saying that it is “Requesting Price…”. The battle net shop says that the skin is already in my Library. The Hero Gallery says that it is still “Unowned” and the “Unlock” button doesn’t do anything when I click on it. The skin is leaving in a couple of hours for the new season so this is pretty upsetting. One of the possible reasons I think this is happening is because I had linked Game Pass Ultimate when the initial bonuses were active but have since ended my membership after the first couple of weeks.

UPDATE 10:30 AM PDT : The store seems to have refreshed right before the new season drops and I am able to purchase the bundle now! Hopefully everyone who wants it can purchase it now!

had the same issue, just kept loading and requesting price.

Also having this same issue currently with no idea on how to fix it. Happened to my account after purchasing the Emotional Reaper skin from the Heroes gallery :frowning:

Hopefully it gets resolved but with 4 hours left in the shop…

Not sure about how it changed, but now I was able to buy the bundle 30 minutes before the shop resets :slight_smile:

Same here! The store seems to have refreshed as there was a New notification, glad it was fixed but hopefully everyone who wasn’t able to get it is able to now!
