Unable to boot game

can anyone help? i cant find an answer online, when i click play to start overwatch, it launches the app but it never tabs in and when i hover over the icon it just shows a white screen. i tried scan and repair and it didnt work, neither did a pc restart, and neither did reinstalling battlenet. other games work fine (valorant and minecraft).

Probably have another app blocking the game launch. Export your DxDiag, check the error section. Usually it’s Xbox Overlay, Discord, antivirus suite, or Razer software.

Hi! I’m not entirely sure what I am looking at, I think ii found some parts that might be relevant:

Even with this information, how do I proceed to fix it?

By Googling the processes showing up in the error section. Review the first result for AWCC.Background.Server.exe: https://www.reddit.com/r/Dell/comments/euhbg1/awccbackgroundserver_high_cpu_time/

Is the overlay on?

I disabled the overlay on discord and ended the AWCC.Background.server.exe task in task manager, the problem is still happening, maybe it requires a restart? I will try tomorrow.
Edit: This did not fix it unfortunately :frowning: is there anything else I could try?
