Ultrawide monitor 120hz borderless window problem

I used to play overwatch at 2560x1440 at 120hz with the black bars. Since the update I cannot play that way.

34" UW Dell Aleinware, 120hz G-sync, GTX 1080

If I choose borderless window I am capped at 60fps
If I choose full screen it is stretched and I play at 120fps

I would like to play with the black bars at 120hz so the image is not stretched.

What settings should I choose?
I did go into the NVIDIA control panel and I chose enable G-sync for windowed and full screen mode.

Please help

Curious, our setups are very similar - what monitor are you using exactly?
