Typically when I see an out of memory issue, it is related to one of the following:
- Out of date graphics drivers
- Too many running applications (video editing software, streaming netflix in 4k, etc)
- Security software
I’d start by installing updated graphics drivers from Nvidia. If it’s still not working after that please also try a temporary uninstall of any security software as a test. Closing out background apps and browser tabs may also help.
