I have a (extreme) ultrawide monitor (Samsung C49HG90) with a resolution of 3840x1080, is there any way I can set my aspect ratio higher then 21:9 (like 32:9)? As I am still having 1/3rd of my screen being black bars atm. I understand this is a very, very niche “problem” most people seem to have had with multiple screens but it would be really nice to find a work around that allows me to use all of my screen.

Unfortunately no. Even 21:9 does not support a proper Frame of View of greater than 103. This is a design decision made intentionally by the development team.
I have also the same screen, and of course the same issue.

its kind of crap for the developer to not support higher aspect ratios, when there are so many other game developers that do. sorry, but this is a competitive market…if i buy a monitor that supports 3840x1080…i’ll find games that look good on my monitor. even older games like UT3 support this resolution/AR. just saying…
(and sorry for reviving a dead post; i’m just really irritated i bought this game to find these issues after the fact. teaches me for getting something outside of steam).

does blizzard gonna do something for 32:9 monitors?
this black bars left and right are really annoying on 3840x1080
on 2560x1080 the full screen is displayed, but very streched, its almost not playable…so they need to fit 3840x1080 soon.
