There’s a bug that affects the ultimate icon and abilities icon. The icons are distorted and occasionally the distorted icons change. Some parts of the ult icon look like parts of other hero’s ult icons, but its hard to tell because of how distorted they are.

Same thing happening with me
Happen to me also, try Scan and Repair and Reinstall but the bug still there
