2 Recolors? Ah, you mean the epic skins.
Yes, BP always had epic skins since OW2 Season 1. They know most of the time the better skins are in the shop.

No, i mean the two “new” legendary skins for Lucio and Genji, they are just recolors of Capoeira and Sentai respectively

I recently watch those 2 skinsin detail (I saw them but for a few seconds on videos) and yes you are correct, the Sentai one is just a new recolor, and its in the BP as legendary, L move.
Yes, I recently checked in detail, along with the Genji one. My bad. For the Geji one, the only new part is the head, still L move.

Its more about how they are becoming a bit lazy, since this is the first time they put “new” skins in a BP, but in reality they are just recolors of past OW (OW1) skins.
Actually, that one Junkrat Legendary skins is just an epic, that leaves us with one less legendary skins in S11 BP.
