Anyone else had this error?
I had emonggs stream running while I slept, since the schecule is a big no-no to EU players (nah ill watch a stream all night toootally worth it) and I got the 2 hour reward
when i woke up i could see i got it six hours ago. but no other reward. with the stream being replaced with ‘twitch player unplugged’

Has anyone else encountered this, and anyone got a solution? Google is all about if you’re the streamer or people watching VODs, neither of which apply to my situation :confused:

I dont watch twitch so idk where I’d put this otherwise, and considering its related to the Bastet event I figured I’d ask people if they’re, y’know, experiencing the same thing.
Sorry for wanting sprays and offending you.

Not mad at you i just think it’s ridiculous that we have to go on twitch to get Overwatch related items, then again this game continues to disappoint, so.

Yeah. I know I watched around 4 hours today, but I only got the first notification…

I got that some time after the 2h mark when I’d already gotten the first tier. Reloaded page, of course. But then there was a good maybe 2-4h (not sure) delay of no hours counting. At some point I disabled my browser extensions just in case… don’t really think it matters tbh. Anyways… after the full day of stream afk & essentially mute stream while I used the computer for other things (like earning the Ana skin :slight_smile:)… I finally got the last couple tiers.

My random advice (took me a while to finally get things working the first event :stuck_out_tongue:):

  • link the accounts (obv)
  • disable all browser extensions (sometimes it works without, not sure if necessary… but doesn’t fail for me when I do disable)
  • put volume at 1 pixel above mute (again dunno if necessary, this is black voodoo magic here getting the drops lol)
  • set status to green/online (not hidden)
  • every hour or whenever reload the page to change back to online from away (for the paranoid)

cant do this because im in EU and blizzard hates us (todays stream starts at 1am)

I was curious, so I objectively looked it up. Even without considering EU viewership and player numbers, the stream schedule is quite fair.

Of all the things EU OW has to complain about… the Bastet stream schedule is not one of them.

anyways you tried to cheat the system by not actually watching it so well deserved :wink:

personally i have zero interest in linking my twitch to my blizzard so it’s all lost on me.

first they ask you to link your stuff, next they spy on whatever you say in a chineese orwellian fashion . Next thing you know youre being punished ingame for stuff you did drunk on twitch.

it’s like if your boss could punish you for the way you acted at the last superbowl on your own spare time… stoopid.

I like watching overwatch steamers but the only Bastet one I like starts at 4am for me :confused:
