Claim the box from Twitch drops, go to game, shows me I have one box, click on the “lootbox” tab and any “open” is greyed out. It’s not under normal boxes, not epic, not legendary, nowhere. Close the game, open again and now there’s not even the “1” icon saying I should be having a box, as if the game thinks I’ve already opened it.

I had the same issue. Extremely confusing.
I also had something similar when opening 5 loot boxes and getting a game.
It erased all rewards and the legendary counter went up by 5.
I really wish I could get my loot boxes back…

I had this issue last battle pass and it happened again today.
It’s so annoying having the notification but nothing is available.
I’m having the same issue with the regular lootbox (the lowest tier) from Twitch. I haven’t had any issues uptonow with Twitch drops, but this time with the rewards starting from May 20~June 2, for a regular lootbox and an epic lootbox, I am having problems. I’ve earned and claimed both lootboxes from Twitch, and when I login on Overwatch earlier today, the Lootbox choice from the main menus shows “2” for new boxes. Yet when I open the Lootbox tab, only a single epic lootbox is available to open. The tab for the regular lootboxes doesn’t provide an actual lootbox to open.
I’ve played the game and earned a weekly regular lootbox since logging in, so now the new lootbox number in the main menus says “3”, but under the regular lootboxes tab, I still only see one lootbox from the weekly rewards, and no other boxes from the Twitch reward. Meanwhile, the epic lootbox from the same Twitch drops, which is earned AFTER the regular one, is still available. For the sake of clarity, I have NOT opened ANY lootboxes since logging on today.

happened here as well! was only able to open the epic lootbox :c
Same issue here. Main menu says I have 1 lootbox, but when I open the Lootbox menu, there is nothing. Ugh.
Same, the lootboxes are bugged.
Looks like I just got the Epic one and the regular one just disappeared. First it didn’t show up when number was showing there is one and when I got the Epic one the number was not there anymore. And now I’m not even sure if I got anything for the normal one or not.
This is same problem for me! Just as you described it… Epic one appeared, 6 regular ones did not!
