Anybody else can’t open their Twitch loot box? Met watch time, clained it in Twitch, game says I have a loot box available, but there’s nothing to open in the loot box, epic loot box, and legendary loot box sections.
Anybody else run across this?

Baja ran into this issue earlier. I haven’t tried opening mine yet, but maybe I should.

So mine appears to be bugged as well. I saw that I had 2 lootboxes. Only the epic one was available to open. I restarted Overwatch and then the Lootbox was gone. I checked history and the epic doesn’t show, but I do still have what it gave me. The other does show and appears to have auto opened or something.

OH, that explains it! Thanks for pointing that out.
Yea, looks like the normal box auto opens for some reason, if you check your lootbox history you should see the 4 items that dropped from it. The issue is now finding what those items are…
yes same issue here i got both but only could open one,
thankfully most of the stuff in my boxes is dupes 
but the the whole lootbox menu is a UI disaster

mine not even showing up ingame , like last time , never showed up
none of this boxes can be found in my history ,def not working for me
they houldve used the old one , and that we can see the models of what we got without clicking on each single one
I was able to open epic but not normal. It still shows one. This same bug was at the start of the season and it was fixed and back again.
Same issue, I could only open the normal lootbox, but the epic one is no there, not even in the lootbox history 
I still have not opened either one…
i am having the same issue, it is annoying, i just did it again, and only the epic loot box worked, the normal one doesn’t
