When you log in, it will show you have a loot box. You go to check and it is not there on any screen. Then go back to main menu and it says you have none again. This is the first time I have experienced any issues with Twitch drops since they have been a thing.
Edit: In case anyone was wondering. I got the items, i only found out by looking at the details section under loot boxes and checking history. Not sure what most looked like but it did say the invisible boxes gave me something.
Same, mine showed I had it in main menu always but not in loot boxes menu. Restarted game to see if that would help and lost it entirely. Actually there’s a possibility it opened itself? I clicked the grayed out box the first time and it did nothing but might have actually opened it? I think the legendary guarantee number might have gone up, but I don’t keep track of my rewards enough to know for sure.
The same thing happened to me, I claimed it, I started the game, it came out that I had a chest in the main menu but when I entered there was nothing to open, I entered a game and it was still in the menu that there was a chest to open and there was nothing again, I restarted and the mark was removed but there was no chest.
Sad thing is… this is an old known issue and they just havent fixed it. Their solution thus far is to do nothing and your loot boxes will open by themselves at the end of the season. Enjoy looking at them for 6 weeks i guess… wont it be fun to let the game open them for you and check all 40 hero’s skins, emotes, victory poses, weapons, and sprays to see what you got? Truly a blizzard solution. Enjoy it. Enjoy it just like their solution to the mercy rule sucking and not working was for them to assume you cant count to 15 or 3 and add a message describing why the match isnt mercy ruled because the already known prerequisites havent been met… EVEN THOUGH THE PROBLEM WASNT US NOT UNDERSTANDING THE PREREQUISITES. THE PROBLEM WAS THE RULE NOT OCCURRING EVEN WHEN THE REQUIRED 15K CASH OR 3 LOSSES HAPPENED.

Wish i could make these solutions and still be employed lol. My mind explodes everytime i watch them solve a problem and the same ppl show up to work… kaboom!

same thing happend to me. claimed the box and it shows up in the lootbox as being there but it’s …not actually there at all and the lootbox on twitch just shows null for quantity after claimed. i’m doing my weekly lootboxes too so i hope it doesnt’ get missed D:
Same here, but checked the history and it was opened 3 min ago (though there was nothing indicating it was being opened)
Also, I have no clue what it contained (if it was skins, sprays, voice lines etc) it just says the name of the thing. So what I’m supposed to google each name now to find out what it was?

I noticed that the lootbox DOES appear and DOES give you something, but if you didnt get an Epic reward you might not noticed, i had also this bug but after restarting my game i went to the Lootbox history and noticed that today i had a Epic Symmetra skin, odd since i haven’t open a single lootbox today except for that “missing” twitch lootbox.
Summary, it DOES give you something and after you restart the game it opens itself (somehow) Proof before it open itself and the proof it got open after restarting
Yup, looks like it’s auto-opening the loot box and not telling you what you got.
I’ve only opened one box today and it tells me I’ve opened two on this date.

that’s what i did. i checked reddit first to see if it was a picture there or something. it’s very annoying because i’m glad we have an inventory list at all so we can look at what we got. but i wish it didn’t open stuff automatically for one and for 2 actually told what it was. i spent a good chunk of time looking for mystic mercy and it was a namecard.
I noticed on twitch that it said that the regular crate unlocked 3 hours ago, but i still haven’t earned the epic yet, so I am guessing that it is accidentally granting them early, and the error is causing them to not register as actually being there because the time hasn’t fully elapsed for them to be granted
Happened to me as well. Got a regular and an epic lootbox via Twitch drops. I log on the game and it says I have 2 lootboxes, but I can only see the epic one. I open it and then I try maneuvering around in the menus to see if I can get the other one to appear, but no cigar.
When I close the game and re-open it, the game no longer says I have any lootboxes. So either the regular lootbox was auto-opened or it’s just gone. Not really a big deal but it should be documented regardless.

Same here, It said I claimed the first one, showed in the main menu, but nothing when I clicked in, then later the epic one showed and I was able to open it… but no sign of the first :') sigh

I’m having the same issue. I logged in and saw the lootbox, but there was no way to open them. I then logged out and logged back in and it seems that the lootbox opened it’s self. Looking at my lootbox history I could see that it opened and it contained Formalwear Mercy. I went to look for it in the Heroes section, but it’s not there.
It shows 2 lootboxes, I go to the lootbox page, theres only the epic lootbox in there, 0 legendary, 0 common.
I go back to the main menu, it shows I still have 1 lootbox to open, then I go back to lootbox page, 0 boxes.
Cmon bruh
