Twitch drops not showing up?

I havent gotten the Brigitte Mitzi Charm or Reinhardt Mug Souveneir but I claimed them on twitch. Does anyone else have this issue???

I didn’t get my twitch drops either. :frowning:

Yep. I have the Mitzi one, but not the Reinhardt one… Both of them were claimed on Twitch.

Same. The mug is showing as “claimed” on Twitch, but it is not in OW2. I also claimed the Feldrake Mount on Twitch, and after a few minutes I’ll check if it is showing in WoW. Not sure if the issue is with the drops themselves, or with the account region settings.
