I watched day 3 stream to get all my drops and claimed them on twitch.
I have received all except Ana skins.
I also gifted two subs to get Roadhog skins and I have to received those as well.
How long is the wait to get them usually?
I did all things necessary to get my skins, yet almost 12 hours later the items are still not in my inventory.
Hopefully the fix comes fast!

Official OWC website states that rewars will be avalible with 72h. So all we have to do is waiting.

I’ve gotten the Brig skins, not the Ana ones yet. I didn’t watch day 2 for Torb except the loot box which took just over a day to show up.
Usually you’ll get them pretty quickly (maybe depending on your region), but you need to allow up to the 72hrs Disco mentioned. Past that, you can open a ticket.
I gifted two subs and did not get the Roadhog skin. But on the following day I gifted again and then got it. Twitch will not refund the first gifted sub.
In the past the drops have always shown up right away on my account. There’s no 72 hours delay and in my experience and based on past bug reports here, if they don’t show up within the day, they tend to not show up at all. I’ve only had delayed Twitch drop rewards in Overwatch once so far, and the last time was because Twitch was bugging out. I contacted their customer support and they admitted as such. That fixed itself within the next day. This time is the second time. Some of the drops such as the skins and presumably all other cosmetics such as namecards and sprays are showing up (I didn’t specifically check sprays due to the display “new” bug that doesn’t clear past unlocks, making it hard to tell when new ones arrive). However, none of the lootboxes have shown up. I’ve claimed all rewards since Day 1 of the OWCS drops and neither the regular lootboxes nor the epic one has been granted to my account, despite the other rewards showing. Can’t say for sure for the battlepass tier skip either, since I’ve already completed all levels prior to prestige.
Twitch has been having a lot of issues with the drops system that’s not isolated to this one game. Only a few weeks back they had the DualLingo drop that caused all games drops to misbehave and lag out. People experienced issues for weeks on end. Their support is either AI auto response or lazy people who can’t even be bothered to read the title of your message, only taking a 2 second look at half of a screenshot to give a response that can’t even identify the right game you’re writing about. The fact that Overwatch moved to Twitch exclusively and is now continually using this platform full time while wholly ignoring the repeated, increasingly egregious issues that are popping up with practically every single drop campaign is simply gross negligence.

Same here! No box, no D.Va, and no Wuyang’s OWCS skins.
The rest was alright, but the last day rewards… nope.

I collected my drops from Twitch over 72 hours ago though… Still not received my stuff.
ive gotten the ana home, not away,the brig skins not the hazard,wuyang,diva skins and i got the torb skins

Check if your twitch acconut is connected to battlent. I don’t know why but mine was disconnected after the finals and i had reconnect it. However I received all the rewards including the skins. If you sure your twitch acconut is 100% connected i’ll submit to suport ticket. I don’t know why you didn’t get rewards o.O
I’ve received past drops, so everything should work. It’s just not working from their end. I did however receive my epic lootboxes now.
I havent recieved the loot boxes, hazard / Dva / wuyang skins either. What is the email to reach out to support?

i have claimed all my twitch lootbox rewards, and both my steam and battle.net account are connected to my twitch account. It has been more than 5 days and my account has yet to receive the 8 rare lootboxes and 2 legendary lootboxes
