I just claimed my lootbox from twitch drops. I refreshed my game to see if it would appear now if I was lucky. I saw it appear on the main menu, with the box icon next to the category, but when I clicked Loot boxes category it shows me I have no lootboxes available. I refresh my game again and go back, noticing that now the loot box icon doesn’t appear anymore, I clicked the category and I noticed my guaranteed legendary (the count to 20) has went up 1. I checked my guaranteed epic and same thing, then I checked my history and there was a lootbox opened exactly at the time this was happening. regular box with an icon, voice line, etc.
I’m on playstation 4 by the way.
