Hello Support,
I am writing because I’ve claimed all my recent Twitch Drops, but I noticed that only one Epic Loot Box was added to my account, even though I successfully claimed three Epic Loot Boxes among other rewards.
I have screenshots as proof showing that I claimed all the rewards correctly on Twitch. And also screenshots from ingame menu showing the real drops I got when I first joined the game after claiming the rewards.
Could you please help me verify and grant the missing Loot Boxes or any other twitch drop to my account? Thank you very much for your assistance.
