It showed up in main menu but when I went to open it, it wasn’t there even though it still showed up in main menu. Exited the game and re-entered and now it doesn’t show on main menu either.

Had a similar issue. I got both drops today and when I logged in it said I only had 1, which was the epic, and not the rare one. Then as I was looking it updated and said I had 2 on the main menu screen and I thought it fixed but when I clicked loot boxes again it only showed the epic one. Reloaded the game, still just the epic showing. I opened it to see if maybe doing that would reload the rare box and it didn’t. I saw you could look at your lootbox history and the items it said I got from epic box that I opened were NOT the items listed. I got an epic zen skin and some venture voicelines but it said I got “Football Illari” and some other commons and I don’t even know what Football Illari is.

Same problem here, got the epic lootbox but no normal one.
Same here and I also have yet to receive the Synthwave Lifeweaver drop from months ago. I’m only told they cannot grant Twitch drops. I’m out a lootbox and a skin
