Twitch drop code won't come even after purchasing the subs

I did everything right to claim the code, donated to 3 different listed streamer, still nothing, pls help

Afaik is 3 subs to the same streamer and can’t be done anonymously.
I can’t check that though, you will have to contact support.

It can be to any three streamers as long as they’re on the list of eligible streamers, all of whom must be streaming Overwatch live with the appropriate tags, and the gifts cannot be anonymous.

Also, obviously you must have your Twitch and BattleNet Accounts synced, along with any other relevant peripheral accounts such a PSN, XBL, or NSO synced if you’re playing on Consoles.

Just to be sure; you did gift subscriptions to viewers on eligible channels and not purchase the subscriptions for yourself right?

If so then the code should be visible in your notifications:

If not then you will need to contact Twitch support as Blizzard support will not be able to help you.

Also, eligible streamers must be streaming Overwatch. If they were not playing Overwatch at the time you gifted you will not get the code.

Okay, how about you run us through precisely what it is that you did, step my step, as descriptively as possible?

You keep saying you did everything right, yet clearly something went wrong, and being someone who did indeed do everything right, and immediately received my code, along with many others, I cannot help but doubt these vague, non-descriptive statements that everything was done correctly by folks who apparently cannot even be bothered to list how they did it so that people might actually be able to spot where/when a possible mistake may have been made.

So please either describe what you did or contact Twitch Support, because “I did everything right” provides us with no information which might otherwise enable us to assist you.
