So, I was helping my younger brother to connect his bnet account to twitch (since that´s probably the only drop he will ever see for free) and went to check mine to find out, how I did it…and found out mine twitch was not connected to my account? I was collecting twitch drops the whole OW1 - time, so is this a thing, that it got disconnected with OW2? Should not have been there a warning about this?
Did you add your phone number when the SMS verification was stated to be needed or maybe changed your password? Maybe some sort of change to your Battlenet prompted the disconnect for some reason. Sorry to hear that though
