I stopped buying skins a couple months ago when I realized I had a bunch of skins for all the heroes I already play, and money spent on skins could instead be spent on brand new games was eye opening. But I do like the new skins for what it’s worth.
I am not sure if you knew this, kangaroo; however, Reinhardt goes third person when he holds his barrier and charges. I could totally see the skin I am wearing.
Yeah they look good, but that doesn’t change the fact that I can’t afford them (or refuse to shill out this much for them). I am a casual player, I just wanna have fun, and looking at hundreds of shop skins I can never unlock just sucks the fun out of the game for me.
I remember when new skins came out in OW1, all I had to do was play the game, earned a bunch of lootboxes and opened them all up at once to get most if not all of the new skins and event items. I spent less than $60 throughout my time in OW1.
Same, I want that back. I paid for that experience, I didn’t ask to be kicked out from that experience into this " s e q u e l "
We all miss the old days, felt great opening a random loot box and seeing a golden flash, Blizzard’s digging its own grave… hope they actually suffer something for this.
Yea from the skins Rein would be my only go to option if i would buy anything.
Nothing much about Illari, but the robots look off to me, they should change their heads more, or make bastion in to shockwave.
But then i see they are in one pack… and the price… geez i really liked that optimus skin. To bad its not an option now

I mean if that’s worth 25 bucks then ok. People are free to spend their money however they want. I think it’s dumb and others think it’s a smart purchase and that’s fine.
Like I personally think that they should charge more for skins if that meant it would help with the game development. I know that there are people who will so if that made the game more enjoyable overall then they should up the price.
what event? this is just a shop update, events have new limited time modes with some cool free rewards after beating challanges, the era of events is over, ow2 is only a shop update
Just wait for the mythic weapon later this month.
I am guessing the prism cost will spawn lots of complaints about price gouging.

If you spent $20 on loot boxes you were guaranteed to get all the smaller stuff and at least 2 of the legendaries. That’s why they changed it. It was too generous and we just can’t have that in the age of needing fortnite money for no reason at all(since the money doesn’t provide any new content).
