Why after 11 season of balancing game they smashed this trade-off thing? Did mobile heroes overperfome or something?
I failed to understand
Cause they need an excuse to shuffle the board and call it balancing

I believe I heard someone state it was primarily done to give Hanzo back the ability to one shot the squishy characters again. But don’t quote me on it since idr where I read it from.
