who should be winning them? because as reaper i usually win them and in general i suck against tracer
Tracer should win, a good Tracer would keep her distance.
I also end winning the duel but only due a lucky HS lol

Well, that is a good question.
The answer lies within the players. If the Tracer position herself right, she wins. But if Tracer come too close, or slip up, Reaper wins.

Tracer doesn’t even need to go close to reaper, she can kill him from range, she does more dps than him lulz

Given infinite time and large enough space, Tracer will win. In close quarters or under time constraints (teams respawning) Reaper will often win.
Good Tracers win a pure 1v1 almost everytime, save for maybe in enclosed hallways. But Reaper can often have his way against anateur tracers that fight right in front of his face and dont blink enough. Outside of 1v1 duels though, Reaper’s a bit more of a threat to her in a team environment once she has more than just him to worry about.

Depends on the map and how good the reapers aim is. In most cases there’s a place for reaper to retreat to in a room, around a corner, in a short hallway. If she wants to persue she dies. Your best bet as reaper is usually to disengage and force her to re-engage. If she does, she loses.

If it’s a fight between two heroes that are aware of each other, then Reaper. He does more damage and has more health.
It’s Tracer’s job to get the jump on Reaper and get some headshots, then maximise distance once he realises where he’s being attacked from.

Even if reaper shoots first, I feel confident I can take him out. The only way he can win is if he goes back to his team and I have to run away.
it’s just another typical example of “Mobility rule!” in this game.
a good flanking tracer can wipe out 3+ at the back, including some healers and reaper…
i am so tired of mobility, i wonder if the reaper buffs will change anything in terms of this duel
Reaper. Way more burst damage can fire for longer similar effective range and more health.
I am a bad Tracer and I can easy kill Reaper in a 1v1 in Silver. I will chase them down once they Wraith so they cannot escape
